Happy May! It’s time for the Move it May Challenge. Move It May is all about getting more active. That’s all.
It won’t be much different from the April 30 day walking challenge except for we won’t just focus on walking. Many of you did more than walking in April so that’s what inspired this Move it May challenge.
Here are the challenge guidelines:
You know I like to keep it simple right? So here ya go…
*Move at least 21 (my favorite number!) out of the 31 days in May.
*Stay accountable and check in to let everyone know how you stayed active by commenting on the daily check in post(s).
There will be a check in post on my Facebook page AND in our secret/private Facebook group (enter your info in the box below to find out how to join the Monthly Fitness Challenge Facebook group). We’ll see you on the inside.
There is now a mailing list for the monthly fitness challenges so if you’re already in the group and not signed up be sure to fill in your name and email below so you don’t miss any announcements, challenge updates, freebies, etc.
You’ll get a confirmation email where you’ll need to click on a link to confirm. Don’t miss that step.
Next you’ll be directed to a welcome page that says You’re In! with a link to join the monthly challenge Facebook group. That is where all the fun is happening.
If you need accountability the Facebook group is where you need to be. Everyone is so supportive there, you’ll love it.
Oh and hey it’s photo month too so if you ever care to share photos in the group or page of where/how you workout or get fit, that would be a lot of fun.
My favorite way to get fit is snorkeling, here’s a fun picture to get the party started. Now I can’t wait to get back to Roatan, Honduras to swim with the fishies. Best.workout.ever. I think we’ll be stepping foot back on West Bay Beach towards the end of the year. Fingers crossed!
