Need a Challenge?

I really didn’t want to disappoint anyone but I will not be having the Better Healthy Living challenge in November.  For now it will be a yearly challenge so it will be back bigger and better in June 2012.  BUT in the meantime, I have found other challenges that we can all participate in.  I truly feel I need to get back on track and the best way for me to do that is to do someone else’s challenge.  Out of the 4 below, I’ll be participating in two.

1) Pile on the Miles

November 1-24, 2011

2) Holiday Bootie Buster Challenge

November 19-January 6 2011

3) 30 Days of Yoga Challenge

November 1-30, 2011


The fitness challenges that I have decided to participate in are Pile on the Miles and Holiday Bootie Buster.  Sent my info in and I’m ready to go.

My Fitness Goals for November:

Strength training/core work 3x week

Exercise at least 5 days a week

I’m ready….

    The Holiday Bootie Buster challenged looked the best of them. I doubt I’m going to particiapte in any challenge right now.. Just don’t feel like it.

    I do have that 10 military pushups goal but luckily the goal day is 31st May.. :-)
