Ready for the Next Online Fitness Bootcamp?

Best Body Bootcamp Round 4 starts January 7th, 2013.  Registration is currently open until December 31st. You can read details on the page I linked to but I wanted to share my personal experience.

My Experience

I’m actually a personal training client of Tina’s (and have been for quite some time) and get a personalized plan so it’s not always the same as her Best Body online fitness bootcamp.  I hear great feedback from those who do follow the bootcamp plan and they love it.

Tina is a certified personal trainer so trust that you will get a great workout plan that works for most people.  You can modify if you need to and she helps answer questions and guide you in the right direction.

I can’t believe round 4 is coming up.  I have gotten so much from each bootcamp.  I can’t even really explain in words what it has done for me.  But I will tell you that having a personal trainer and group to help keep me motivated on a daily basis is awesome.

I have always loved cardio workouts but through the bootcamp and personal training with Tina, I have come to learn that using weights and doing strength workouts is so very important.  I feel stronger and the more consistent I become with it, the more I enjoy those parts of my workouts.

During the bootcamp, in addition to the actual workouts we choose 2 personal goals that we want to work on each week.  I have to tell you THAT part of the bootcamp has really made a difference in my life. I try to choose different goals but sometimes I need to work harder on a goal I chose the previous week so I stick to the same one sometimes.

Over the last 3 rounds of bootcamp, I have set goals like taking time for myself, dinner at home, less eating out, getting more sleep, eating more veggies and more.  Having goals to focus on like that has been really helpful.

    I’m currently doing Round 3 of BBBC! To be honest, it has been a stressful time so I haven’t been as consistent with it as I would have liked. I would love a second shot at it to really commit, because I love Tina and all of her workouts are challenging and fun!!

    I’ve never done an online bootcamp, but the idea intrigues me and I’d love to try it. Personally, I cannot afford a personal trainer, so this could be my answer!

    I am trying my first online challenge now. I have completed virtual runs before. But I really want to somehow create a home environment where I can cross train more and get in better shape.
