Hi! I’m Angie Newton, the owner of Losing It and Loving It. I started this new blog to share my personal weight loss challenges and triumphs, favorite weight loss and fitness products, recipes and tips for healthy weight loss and living a healthy lifestyle with others who also want to change their lifestyle, lose weight, become more active and eat healthier.
I would like to see this blog grow into something that will inspire and help others by knowing they are not alone and also that it is possible to change your lifestyle one step at a time without having to buy into any programs, pills or potions.
