Hi! I’m Angie Newton, the gal behind Losing It and Loving It. I started this blog to share my personal weight loss challenges and triumphs, favorite weight loss and fitness products, recipes and tips for healthy weight loss and living a healthy lifestyle with others who also want to change their lifestyle, lose weight, become more active and eat healthier.
At one point, I lost over 80+ pounds, then I gained a lot back. It’s a story you hear often. It’s a struggle, and one day I’ll ‘get it’. Until then, I just need the support and need to stay accountable to others.
I hope to inspire and help others by knowing they are not alone and also that it is possible to change your lifestyle one step at a time without having to buy into any programs, pills or potions. I am not against all of those by the way but I am very particular of what I will try or even recommend. I decided to change my lifestyle in August 2005 and since then have had challenges but also many successes. We have to remember those especially through this journey. I have supported others in various online communities, via podcasts and online radio shows.
