		<description>I did great!  I did my new Leslie Sansone 4-mile with firm band 5 days....the 3 mile 1 day and I even did a short 2 mile today.  Usually I take Sunday off but I indulged in dessert and champagne (within reason at my son&#039;s b-day party last night) so I felt like I better do an extra workout for the week.  My strength training was a bit lazy last week so I&#039;ll try to do better with that this week.  I think my body was adjusting to the longer workout so it was just all out of energy~
