		<description>I loved the 30 day shred.  Yes it is hard but it produces results.  I love the abs, as I really felt that I got fast results from there.  I had trouble with the jumping as I found that I got major heel pain from it.  I would recommend this to anyone.

Becky, glad you came across my blog.  The intensity is up there in the 30 Day Shred but I think you could do it.  The modifications would be helpful if the advanced moves turned out to be too much.</description>

Have been doing the all-body reps she recommends only about 2-3x per week and WOW can I feel it!  May need to do it..the dvd is amazingly cheap on Amazon right now.

Congrats on sticking to it...that&#039;s a great accomplishment in itself!
