Goal check in and Workouts

I feel like I had a great week of workouts.  I accomplished my goal of doing 15 miles of Walk Away the Pounds for the week but I did not do 3 days of weights/resistance/abs, only two.  As most of you know, my goals for August are to do at least 15 miles of in-home walking and 3 days of weights/resistance/abs every week.

Here are my workouts for the week:

*Crossramp Elliptical (killer workout)

Tuesday-

Time: 15 min.

*Walk outside

Wednesday-

*Walk Away the Pounds, Walk Slim 3 Fast Miles
Time: 45 min.
Miles: 3

*Walk outside

*Elliptical
Time: 35 min.
Miles: 2.7

Thursday-

*Walk Away the Pounds, Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles
Time: 51 min.

Sunday-

*Spin/cycling class (AMAZING class today!)
Time: 1 hour 17 min.
Calories burned: 720

Our Sunday spin instructor told us that our spin/cycling classes are approx. 17 miles.  PHEW!
