What a pain in the thigh

Oh my I really dislike the chafing I get from my thighs rubbing together.  It is no fun!  I thought I would wear shorts to the gym last night since it’s always so hot in there and that was a big mistake.  Not only did they keep riding up, it left me with chafing that is driving me crazy.  I was doing my 4 mile Walk Away the Pounds dvd this morning and it was like pulling teeth to get through because my thighs hurt so bad when they rub together.  I guess I won’t be wearing shorts to the gym any longer and will have to stick with my black workout pants.

I so look forward to the day when my thighs no longer rub together.  Anyone else have this problem?  I can’t be the only one right?  LOL  Baby powder saved the day!

Do you know of any good thigh exercises?

I need all the help I can get!

    Oh, the bane of “chub rub.” Even when I’m skinnier, I still have it! You can always wear bicycle shorts under the regular shorts.

    Yep, I wear bike shorts a lot. Also in a pinch I’ve been known to wear my hubby’s bike style underwear under my shorts. lol

    All of the above help with the underwear ride up issue as well ;)
