Last week was much better as far as workouts go. I’m betting this week will be even better. Tomorrow I start the Fat Loss Quickie contest and I’m so excited and a tad nervous. I was signed up for the program last week but will be starting tomorrow. I’ll keep you updated as I go along but will be doing a full review of the program in October once I have had time to really check it out. Hope it goes well!
If you recall, Scott, the cool guy who started the whole Fat Loss Quickie program did a guest blog post on a fast and fun whole body workout for me last month. It would be great for you to join me in the contest. I know it’s going to be quite the challenge!

Way behind in commenting and also wanted to say I had to stop the FLQ challenge and pretty much most exercise off and on because of tooth issues. It looks like the major issue I was having is on the mend and I’m looking forward to getting back into all workouts.
