Oh gosh those ingredients sound good ladies. I have just recently eaten more avocado while out and I like it. We can't have it in the house because if someone were to accidentally give it to our parrot he could die so we just keep them out of the house. Love cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black beans and ohhh feta YUM!

Your salad looks delicious! We make "main dish" salads at least once a week. Our favorite ingredients: romaine lettuce, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and grated cheese.

Great suggestion, Diana!

Thanks Nell, it was yummy.

Tishia sounds like a yummy salad.

Trish, those breadless sandwiches sound amazing. I'll definitely be trying that out soon.

Oh man that salad looks so yummy! I always have pretty much the same things on my salads - chicken, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, tomatoes and that's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Sounds yummy! I know I need to eat more salads, but they just aren't "my thing."

However, I have been making a lot of "breadless" sandwiches lately using a Romaine lettuce leaf, some natural turkey breast, a little cheese (very small amount), sliced tomato, a little bit of avocado and some mustard.

These "lettuce sandwich rolls" are satisfying - even without the bread. Also, even though the cheese and avocado can be high in fat and calories - I only use a small amount of both so that they can still be enjoyed without causing too much damage. :)
