Happy October

Happy October! I’m excited about Fall because it just gets us that much closer to leaving for Jamaica.  Really need the vacation big time.  This week’s workouts were OK but I could have done better.  I don’t know what is in store for this week but hope it’s a good one.

I know October just started but I’m already thinking ahead to Nov. to try and figure out what I want to accomplish.  This month it’s the Fat Loss Quickie program and I think for November I will focus on rebounding and Walk Away the Pounds.  We shall see!

*Spin class
Time: 1 hour 5 min.
Calories burned: 626

    I miss spin classes – they don’t have them at my new gym closest to my house.

    What I need to do is get my ass out of bed in the morning to ensure I get the workouts in – with work so crazy lately, the exercise was the first thing to go!

  3. Thanks Nell! It hasn’t been easy the past few months with this infected tooth/gum. But that will be taken care of next Thurs. and will take 6 weeks to heal BUT I’m so excited to get it over with.

    Biz, you should come to spin class with us sometime. That would be fun!
