My Workouts for the Week of 10/27-11/2 2008

Oh yikes this week was pretty much a blur.  I don’t quite remember everything I did but I’ll post what I do remember.  I definitely didn’t stay accountable by writing it all down but still it wasn’t a great week workout wise.

Monday-

Tuesday-

Wednesday-
35 min. Elliptical

Thursday-

Friday-
15 min. Walk Away the Pounds 1 mile

Saturday & Sunday-
Nothing unless you count dancing at a Bat Mitzvah LOL
