		<description>Challenges have helped me in the past. Online challenges with a group of other &quot;losers&quot; on a forum, and also a real life challenge, where a colleague challenged me to lose weight if she quits smoking.
These days, I am using the C25K challenge - challenging myself to run 5K and so far, keeping on track!
