My Workouts for the Week of 11/3-11/9 2008

Felt much better this week and got some good workouts in.  I still have to take it easy with the knee and will possibly go see the doc again next weekend.  Hope to get in some pretty good workouts this week too.

Monday-
35 min. Walk Away the Pounds 2 mile Walk Slim
15 min. walk outside

Tuesday-
32 min. Walk Away the Pounds 2 mile Express w/stretchie band
20 min. walk outside

Wedesday-
15 min. walk outside

Thursday-
22 min. weights-upper body & push ups

Friday-
35 min. Walk Away the Pounds 2 mile Walk Slim

Saturday-Sunday-
Off
