Gina:  I am not quite sold all the way on spinning BUT I have to make myself like it because I had to give up 3 days of Turbo Kick due to my knee, no more kick boxing in my future so spin helps make up for some of those calories burned.  Hubby loves spin though and I&#039;m sure I&#039;ll get there.  I just wish the Sat. class wasn&#039;t a 60 min. ride.  That is a bit too much for me with knee pain but I&#039;m pushing through.

Reneca:  I would consider running after the kids exercise for sure LOL</description>
