Did you see this month&#039;s issue of Weight Watcher&#039;s magazine? There&#039;s a neat training schedule in there on building up to running. Thought of you when I read it. Almost tempted to try it myself, but decided my ankles wouldn&#039;t take running again.  

Glad to see you had one good run in last week without shin splints...You are perserving and that&#039;s what counts!!

		<description>Judging by your wieght slowly going back up, I would bet that you are justifying eating more because of working out.  You have to hold yourself accountable with workout, diet and potion conrtol.  

Keep up the good fight and remember that accountable means in all aspects of fat loss and a healthy lifestyle.</description>
