My Workouts for the Week of 11/24-11/30 2008

Only four days of working out this week.  Been sick but pushed through and at least accomplished a few good days.

Monday-
30 min. Walk Away the Pounds Walk N Tone w/ab belt

Tuesday-
Day Off

Wednesday-
Day Off

Thursday-
55 min. Spin class
30 min. Elliptical

Friday-
51 min. Walk Away the Pounds 4 mile Walk Slim

Saturday-
60 min. Spin class

Sunday-
Day Off

    I hope you’re feeling better soon. Good job on exercising even though you’re sick.

    It was a good week for me, too. Mon. 60 min cardio class, Wed. 60 min walk, Thurs. 60 min walk, Fri. 60 min spin class. I forgot how much energy I have when I move.
