Wednesday-
32 min. Walk Away the Pounds Express 2 mile w/stretchie band
50 min. Turbo Kick class

Stability Ball Crunches
*25 crunches
*15 left/15 right w/knee lift
*15 left/15 right Obliques

Thursday-
30 min. Walk Away the Pounds 2 mile

Stability Ball Crunches
*25 crunches
*15 left/15 right Obliques

Friday-
Day Off

Saturday-
35 min. Treadmill
35 min. Elliptical
15 min. Recumbent Bike
15 min. Arc Trainer
20 min. weights

Sunday-
35 min. Treadmill
35 min. Elliptical

I had another great week. I am absolutely having a blast working out with hubby and I’m loving my Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Turbo Kick classes at the gym. They are so much fun.
