You KNOW I&#039;m struggling right there beside you, right?  I&#039;m a woman on a mission out of food control.  I even slacked on the workouts this last couple of weeks.

Today has definitely been better - of course it&#039;s weigh in day at WW, and I had a 5 lb gain last week.   I probably maintained this week, but that&#039;s the way it goes.  I am not out of points so far today and I broke a sweat exercising - 2 bonus items for the day!

Like you, I am going to work out a plan and bust my buttocks to stay with it.  We need to keep in touch and hold each other up thru this.

Happy New Year and New You (not that there&#039;s anything wrong with you as is.)

		<description>Angie, Angie, Angie.. First, you are amazing!!  More people should have even just half the dedication and commitment that you do.

We all have setbacks, it&#039;s just a part of life.  

The important thing is how we deal with those setbacks and you have obviously made the decision to not let those get the best of you and to keep moving forward (my favorite motto btw!) 

Just remember, you&#039;re on the journey of lifestyle change, not a quick fix.  I know you know that already... just a little reminder.

I know you&#039;re going to do great in 2009!

I have access where I am living to a large room to do my walk away the pounds (which I think you recommemded) and a stationary bike...need to quit feeling sorry for myself and get back into a routine. I have gained back approx 10lbs.
