		<description>Great tips Tamzin.  I have a lot of magazine clippings and I&#039;m sure I can find something in there.  I&#039;m thinking I&#039;ll ask the gym if they can do a refresher course for me on the equipment.</description>

		<description>Good work on your exercise this weekend.  I&#039;ve been slacking off and I need to get back to it this week.  

as for weights, well there is lots of info, but I&#039;m a low rep girl personally.  But any weights is good weights in my opinion.  

I used to get the workouts from Shape mag etc and follow those.  

Might be worth it to book a trainer for a session... you and the husband could share a session which is always more fun.
