Monday-
50 min. Turbo Jam Punch Kick & Jam

Tuesday-
25 min. Elliptical
50 min. Turbo Kick class

Wednesday-
50 min. Turbo Kick class

Thursday-
Day Off

Friday-
Day Off

Saturday-
25 min. Elliptical
60 min. Spin class
60+ min. mowing

Sunday-
20 min. Elliptical
50 min. Spin class
2+ mile walk at state park

I had a pretty good week.  After the workouts this weekend, I am exhausted.  It’s a good thing.
