Monday-
No formal exercise, 1.5 hours mowing lawn

Tuesday-
Day Off

Wednesday-
50 min. Turbo Kick class

Thursday-
Day Off

Friday-
20 min. Turbo Jam 20 Minute Workout

Saturday-
10 min. Elliptical
60 min. Spin class
60 min. swimming

Sunday-
10 min. Elliptical
50 min. Spin class

I am back into the groove as far as exercise goes.  Thank goodness because I sure missed it.  How did you do on your exercise this past week?
