50 min. Turbo Kick class

Thursday-
Day Off

Friday-
51 min. Walk Away the Pounds Walk Slim 4 mile

Saturday-
21 min. Elliptical (1.76 miles)
60 min. Spin class
60+ min. mowing the lawn (4+ miles)

Sunday-

15 min. Elliptical (1.23 miles)
50 min. Spin class

Pushed myself a bit harder and had a great week of workouts.
