Weekly Weigh In: July 9

No change this week, yet again. Still not doing so well in the eating department. Must change something. I’m thinking I will have to cut my calories down a bit further or exercise a ton more.

My current weight 194

Goal weight 135-140

Pounds left to go 50+

    It sucks when there isn’t a change on that scale..that’s usually what trips me up & I end up giving up over, which is totally retarded.
