Wednesday-
50 min. Turbo Kick class

Thursday-
Day Off

Friday-
Sick Day

Saturday-
Sick Day

Sunday-
2+ hours Volleyball (time broken up over 4 hours)

Not such a great week for exercise. Didn’t meet my goal of 5 days of exercise this week. I did great with water, keeping my food journal and portion control.

    I did awesome compared with previous weeks. You are doing great too, so don’t know what you are talking about. This week will be a 4 or 5 day workout week also! YAY!
