Weekly Weigh In: May 13

Lost 3 lbs this week which is nice and all but I was not feeling well this weekend so it was due to a slight stomach flu.  Oh well at least the scale is moving even though I’m not working out.  I took off totally from everything for 4 days and then walked Monday and Tuesday.  I still have the pinched nerve and today makes FOUR weeks.  Not sure what the plan is yet but I’m going to do what I can as far as walking right now.

Current weight: 216
Goal weight: 140
Pounds left to go: 76

PS.  I updated the workout music page on my website with more songs that I purchased from Amazon. I so needed more tunes on my ipod.

    I bet not all of the 3 lbs was due to a stomach illness. Some of it’s probably due to walking inspite of being in pain.

    I’m really feeling a lot better but my neck and arm still hurts at times. I have been taking it easy and hope to get back into my routine this week. YEA!
