		<description>Yes, I definitely have to add more spinach! Thank you so much for sharing what you use and more ideas.  Never thought to put some of those other things in there.  I&#039;m excited to start trying them again. I am really hooked on peanut butter smoothies but need to get the green ones started again.</description>

		<description>Yes, Angie- to get a brighter green, go for more spinach. I typically add:
-2 handfuls of spinach (probably 2-3 cups)
-A banana
-Ice cubes
-A carrot or two...

I also mix in (at different times)...
-Mint
-Mangos (frozen, from Trader Joe&#039;s)
-Pineapple (fresh or frozen)
-Frozen strawberries (Trader Joe&#039;s)

I haven&#039;t had the whey powder or the flax seeds, which I will try! I&#039;ve skipped the milk as I&#039;ve been trying to keep the calories down, but that may help it be more &quot;rib-sticking&quot; as I tend to get hungry pretty soon after. :)
