I am trying to be more proactive and look out for the sodium in things. I was so used to putting salt on my corn on the cob and the other night I used only pepper. It was different but I will get used to it. I have also limited ketchup a lot but I love mustard...in moderation right? ha ha

This is great info. I have limited salt from my diet and you can tell the difference with just how your body feels. The only things I do from your list are ketchup and mustard. Hard for me to give those up, but I limit it a lot.
