Goal Call Monday: August 11

Goals for this week:

Keeping things the same again

I will go to Turbo Kick class 3 times
I will go to Spin class 2 times
I will sit on the stability ball for at least 15 min. a day
I will do 50 stability ball crunches a day
I will do at least 50 reps on Ab Coaster each time I go to the gym

Starting Friday, I will be hosting a pretty tough challenge for the Summer Blog Party so be on the lookout for a post about that.
