Goals for the week and workouts

This week was good but different not having two spin classes and having to do a spin ride on our own.  We did OK but I think I might have pushed a bit too hard (hubby says so LOL).  I think tomorrow I will do an endurance ride and try to stay the same heart rate throughout the ride.  Maybe I’ll add a few jumps to get my heart rate going though.  I just love hand position three on the spin bike, it’s my favorite.

Anyway, here are my workout goals for the week:

*3 sets of 10 bicycle crunches 3 days
*Clamshell Crunches with exercise ball 3 days
*Spinning 4 days
*Walking all other days
*Resistance bands and weights 3 days

Workout stats for the week of June 1-7, 2009

Monday-

*Walk outside
Time: 20 min.

*Spin (on my own since the class was canceled)
Time: 52 min.
Calories burned: 602

*Yogalates (first time in this class)
Time: 51 min.
Calories burned: 315

Tuesday-

*Walk outside
Time: 30 min.

Wednesday-

*Walk outside
Time: 20 min.

*Spin class
Time: 1 hour 1 min.
Calories burned: 559

Thursday-

*Walk outside
Time: 30 min.

Friday-

Day Off (so much for doing daily exercise oops)

Saturday-

*Spin class
Time: 1 hour 5 min.
Calories burned: 600

Sunday-

*Spin (on my own since the class was canceled)
Time: 50 min.
Calories burned: 547
