		<description>I have a Wii Fit blog, because my passion for my lovely little wii is undeniable. I love gaming and fitness, and combining them is pure genius. I don&#039;t use ONLY the wii fit game though. I use the balance board for anything that is interesting and I can use it for. Like the Tetris Wii Fit balance board combination. Now THAT is a workout, both mentally and physically!

With all awareness I might be too Suzie Sunshine :) think of this week as a gift to your bod.
a week filled will active rest which allows it to recover and be ready for spinning/cycling etc ahead and to FULLY HEAL in preparation!

rest is so important for growth/weightloss!!
