Weekly Weigh In: August 20

I skipped my weigh in this week as I have been sick since the weekend.  I’m starting to feel better and I’m looking forward to working out again soon.

I have been working on a fitness plan for myself  and trying to work in Turbo Kick and Spin class, other cardio and weights at the gym, in-home workouts like Turbo Jam, Walk Away the Pounds and all the other fun workouts I have without going overboard.  I’ll have to change it up every week to get in everything.
