		<description>Yep it was a yummy smoothie yet again.  Sahar, no I can&#039;t taste the spinach.  But I don&#039;t think I use enough because mine doesn&#039;t come out as green as some.  I&#039;m thinking I need to use 4 handfuls next time.  Hmmm

Lisa, I absolutely LOVE Walk Away the Pounds. If you go to my main site losingitandlovingit.com and click on workout videos, you&#039;ll see a link to it and I wrote a mini review.  Gotta update it but it&#039;s one of my favs.  I lost over 80+ lbs with that and rebounding.  If you have more questions feel free to ask away.</description>
