Menu Plan Monday

Monday-

Pasta w/asparagus, ham and mushroom sauce

Tuesday-

Chicken, homemade baked beans, veggie

Wednesday-

Mini pizzas (seasoned ground turkey and veggies on multi grain flatbread)

Thursday-

Breakfast for dinner

Friday-

Spaghetti w/homemade veggie sauce and seasoned ground turkey meatballs

I’m not sure how I feel about having two days of pasta but that’s the plan for now.

    Pizzas – on the grill what do you think? We have kids so we get two days of pasta more than I like – somedays I think it’s all they know how to cook. Probably it’s just easiest.

    Diana, I think we did pizza on the grill once but I can’t remember. I’ll have to ask hubs. I don’t see why not!

  3. I can tell you what is not in my menu plan this week TUNA. I’ve just completed the 3 day tuna and water diet plan and I don’t want to see another tin for a very long time.
    Lost 6.2 pounds in just 3 days whilst on the diet, so the reward was worth it.
