I&#039;m with you on &quot;listening to your body&quot; and no overdoing it.  To push yourself to the limits and cause an injury would defeat your purpose and cause a major setback in many areas.  

If her DVD is anything like the drills she puts those folks thru on &quot;The Biggest Loser&quot;, I&#039;m sure it&#039;s brutal . . . but effective.

I haven&#039;t tried the 30 Day Shred DVD but it sounds like a great program.  I especially like the fact that you only need hand weights and a mat to do it.  I&#039;ll be following your updates for sure!
