<description>Great question! I love Whole Foods. Here&#039;s what I look for:

Organic fruits and veggies, as well as out-of-the-ordinary fruits and veggies - they let you know what&#039;s local and in season, too.

They have a great muesli in their bulk section that I like a lot. No sugar added, just whole grains, fruit and nuts.

Kombucha - a fermented soda made from tea that helps with all kinds of things, including digestion and metabolism, and is full of digestive enzymes, probiotics and amino acids.

They have a great selection of teas.

Organic dark chocolate made without soy lecithin (I&#039;m allergic to soy).

And, I second Ask the Dietician&#039;s hemp milk suggestion. I love the plain kind from Living Harvest.

Have fun!

<description>Thank you everyone for your help. I have a pretty good list to go from but I&#039;m open to hear more feedback. I am looking forward to hopefully trying some new and interesting healthy foods. I appreciate your time.

Patty, it was great meeting you today. Totally forgot to ask you about Whole Foods though.</description>

<description>Hi Angie! We shop at Whole Foods all the time.

My top pics are the pretty much all of the 365 brand, which is the Whole Foods store brand.

Their citrus shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are awesome!

Top 5 would be:

Vanilla Soy Milk
Flax / Borage Oil
365 brand Tuna
Free Range Chicken
365 Shower Gel, Shampoo &amp; Conditioner

Those are my top 5 picks!

<description>Grains and whole grain fun pastas and rices. They have a great selection! Like whole grain orzo and cous cous.

Fun greek yogurts

this may be boring but no salt canned beans. They always carry them and I can&#039;t find them anywhere else!

Hope that helps!
