		<description>Hey, I am new to your blog but I am also on a weight loss journey and wanted to share my workout with you.
I do 2 days of an intense cardio class and 2 days were I do 20-30 minutes cardio on the stair mill and then 45 min. of strength training, on the fifth day I try to do a yoga class.
Have you tried strength training? I think it is great.  I love feeling strong and building muscle really helps you burn more calories.

		<description>I did the Walk Away the Pounds 3 miles with weighted balls every day except Saturday when I took a 6 mile walk out in the back country roads to my parents house.  I completed week 6 of the pushup challenge but will repeat again this week because I was struggling.  I got my core strength training in 2x.   I missed  a day due to sick babies.
