Way to go!  Hope they add the other levels for you.  And yes, it&#039;s supposed to be done daily, straight for 30 Days but if you feel uncomfortable at all, I would do every other.  Keep us updated!</description>

		<description>I am on day 4 of the 30 day shred, level 1! I do not have the level 2 or 3,but Iam doing level 1 through comcast on demand. Hopefully they will add level 2 and 3 or I will have to get the download or video. I am still hurting, but I am getting through the workouts and the 20 minutes. It is tough. I would like to know if it is supposed to be daily. I assume it is a 30 day workout each day, but most workouts these days reccomend skipping a day. I would think Jillian would recc: a different target area each day for  30 days.  No weight loss yet!</description>
