My Workouts for the Week of 9/1-9/7 2008

This week went well.

Monday-
60 min. Spin class (holiday race day)
50 reps- Ab Coaster
50 stability ball crunches

Tuesday-
45 min. Turbo Jam Cardio Party 2
50 stability ball crunches

Wednesday-
50 stability ball crunches
50 reps- Ab Coaster
50 min. Turbo Kick class

Thursday-
Day Off

Friday-
35 min. Walk Away the Pounds Walk Slim 2 mile
50 stability ball crunches

Saturday-
50 stability ball crunches
50 reps- Ab Coaster
60 min. Spin class

Sunday-
50 stability ball crunches
50 reps- Ab Coaster
5 min. Elliptical
50 min. Spin class

The week is done and I’m exhausted.  I ate way too much today, big mistake but onward and upward.  Hoping for another great workout week.

    Kudos on getting all that exercise in! I am in the process of re-evaluating what I am doing. Going to freshen up with new workouts!
