Goal Call Monday: September 8

Time for Goal Call Monday.  Be sure to stop by Cindy’s blog and post your goals.  I did great last week.  I’m a bit late posting this for today and I already missed my Monday night Turbo Kick class due to a sick day.  But here are my goals for the week.

50 reps- Ab Coaster every time I go to gym
50 stability ball crunches

At least 5 days of exercise this week (in-home and/or gym)

    I am going to get in 6 days of cardio and kick up the protein in my diet :) I will continue with 3 days of strength training.
