Weekly Weigh In: September 10

No change this week.  I really need to kick it up a notch now it seems.  I will think of a challenge for myself and share with you on Monday’s goal check in.

    I lost 2 lbs. I have kicked it up with more protein and a new dvd. It’s Leslie Sansone’s Walk Slim Fast and Firm ( I think that’s it….it’s in the room where hubby is sleeping). It’s 4 miles and a real butt kicker. The third mile has boosted walking…..jogging! This was day 2 of it and I was sweating buckets. What a rush!!! It is 56 min!
