While beef and chicken are some of the most popular meats cooked on a grill, grilled seafood is also very popular. Salmon is one of the tastiest and has great health benefits.
The last few months have just been a bit challenging on a personal level. This past week was one of the hardest. Our kitty, Franklin shattered his leg 10 weeks ago (and has been in a dog crate ever since) and had his 2nd surgery on Tuesday to get the pin out. It was to be his final surgery and he would be good to go. We were so excited that day. However two days later he cracked that same leg.
I have a goal in May to skip the ‘naughty’ desserts. By naughty I mean junk I would normally choose like ice cream and processed cookies.
