What a great week of workouts! It’s so nice to get back to our home gym after traveling for a while even though I’ll be heading out again at the end of the week on a business trip.
I have every intention to exercise while I am gone. Whether it be in the hotel room or hotel gym, I am going to do something. Too bad the pool is outdoors (in Atlanta). This conference I go to is constant go go go but I’m going to take time for myself and get it done! [Read more...]

This week, the first week of 2012 was interesting. I have been sick since New Year’s Eve so it the week wasn’t too exciting. This post will be short and sweet but I did want to say that I am proud of myself.
This week was a travel week so I did the best I could considering I also fell down on some gravel here in FL while on my business trip (I know, clutz lol) and hurt my left leg and knee. I’ll survive and it’s been a real nice stay here but I’m ready to get home to my hubby and my own bed. I don’t ever sleep very well without him so I’m exhausted.
Here are my workouts for the week of December 5-11, 2011. It started out great but then fizzled.
