If you don’t fuel up well before a workout, you are going to crash quickly.  You need something to give you enough energy to get through your workout (and I’m not talking about coffee).

If it’s a major workout like spinning or kickboxing, you will be sorry if you don’t have something to help push you through the workout.  And you’ll feel good after the workout too.

Fitness Machines For Your Home Gym

Having a home gym is one of the best investments we have ever made.  We turned our garage into a home gym and it has worked out great.

Our garage is not huge so with limited space we had to decide on what fitness machines we wanted to include.  We discussed quite a few things but ended up choosing three.

The elliptical, treadmill and although not really machines, two spin bikes.  We have been really happy with our choices.
