Weekly Weigh In: June 17

No change this week.  But I’m not feeling defeated anymore like I said I was in this post.

But hey only 55 lbs to go to hit the ONE HUNDRED POUNDS LOST mark.  That’s not too shabby.  Just thinking positive! And trying not to look at the big numbers but taking it one day at a time.

Scale shows that I gained 5 lbs this week.  Don’t even want to talk about that LOL  I’ll get over it.

Weekly Weigh In: June 3

Stayed the same this week.  I am having major issues with dessert (can you say get the brownies outta here?).  I have got to stop this madness.  Honestly, I am having a hard time getting back into my groove with food and portions plus choosing healthy desserts.  I did however start to be more aware of my daily sodium intake and that has been going well.  I used to put a dash of salt on veggies and I stopped doing that. YEA!

So although I’m feeling a bit bummed that I haven’t been eating the best way I can most of the time, I know it’s something I really have to work on and hopefully by staying accountable, I’ll change that.

Weekly Weigh In: May 27

I’m choosing not to weigh in this week just because I don’t feel like it ha ha.  I know actual weight should not matter anyway so I’m going to go with how I feel this week and it’s 50/50.  I am easing back in to my workouts finally and going to be more mindful of my portions and water intake.  I did overeat this weekend a bit which was not fun.

So for this week the stats will stay the same as last week

Weekly Weigh In: May 20

It’s been a crazy month.  I have gained 4 lbs this week but I’m pretty sure I know what it’s due to so I’m just posting to stay accountable but I’m not bothered by it.  I know that once I get back to a normal workout schedule, things will be better.  I was supposed to get back on track this week but I’m listening to my body (UGH) and taking it easy this week by just walking and we’ll go back to spin class on Sunday.  Then I should be good to go.

Weekly Weigh In: May 13

Lost 3 lbs this week which is nice and all but I was not feeling well this weekend so it was due to a slight stomach flu.  Oh well at least the scale is moving even though I’m not working out.  I took off totally from everything for 4 days and then walked Monday and Tuesday.  I still have the pinched nerve and today makes FOUR weeks.  Not sure what the plan is yet but I’m going to do what I can as far as walking right now.
