Weekly Weigh In: March 18

It’s time for another weigh in and I’m down another 2 lbs.  Yippie!  Could it be due to my cutbacks on dessert?  I sure hope so because it’s a very difficult challenge to choose only 3 nights to have real dessert BUT I am finding myself not eating a lot of ‘naughty’ things when it is dessert night.  I’m also exercising a bit more than I normally have been so I know that contributes too.  I love Spring weather and hope it stays around!

Current weight: 216
Goal weight: 140
Pounds left to go: 76

I have 29 lbs left to get back down to my lowest (187) so that is my goal by the end of 2009.

Weekly Weigh In: February 25

Haven’t had the chance to weigh in at the gym so I tried the scale at home and from what I saw last week it has gone down 1 lb. YEA!

Current weight: 216
Goal weight: 140
Pounds left to go: 70 +

I changed my goal weight to read 140 because that seems more attainable to me.  I have set a smaller goal in the mean time and would like to shoot to get back to my lowest of 187 by the end of November.  So that’s 29 lbs to go.  Gotta change some things in my life to make that happen!

Weekly Weigh In: February 18

Still haven’t really gotten a final weight but I’m not going to worry too much about it.  I really want to focus more on inch loss, working out and eating right because it’s been driving me crazy that it seems my numbers keep going up.  So, I’m going to say everything stayed the same this week and we’ll see what next week brings.

I wonder if I should add my starting weight and how many pounds I have lost to this weekly weigh in.  Those numbers are pretty incredible to me although I think I have been hard on myself and holding myself back since I gained back 30+ lbs.  I was at one time at an all time low of 187 and I want to get back there.  Just gotta make some more lifestyle changes to help me get there.

Weekly Weigh In: February 11th

OK, not sure what is going on here but I imagine the scale at home has been off number wise and not in my favor LOL  So last week’s numbers were off as I weighed in at the gym this past weekend and the scale said 217.  Kev set our scale at home to match that so I’ll keep an eye on it and weigh in again this weekend at the gym.

So from last week’s numbers, it’s up 5 lbs (I don’t think that is correct since I have been eating OK and exercising my bootay off ha ha).  I’ll get it figured out!
