		<description>WOW what a great challenge. You are so determined and motivated and truly an inspiration.
 
 I am just now getting back into exercising.  I've been a runner from Middle School up until my last year of College then I jogged off and on -- now that I am 38, I feel the need to pick up the trade again (ole cellulite is coming).

Today I did a walk/run combination up to 1.37 miles and it felt great but I am already feeling lazy at the mere thought of doing it before work tomorrow :(

Glad it wasn't as much as you were worried about.  Aren't vacations difficult?  lol

I haven't done a weigh in for a little while and I really should have been writing them up on my blog.  lol  I have 2 pounds to go to my first major goal!  I'm at 167!  Gonna hit 155 as my final goal and then hit the weights super hard.  But getting this first goal of 165 out of the way feels SO DANG GOOD!

Have you set some smaller goals?
