		<description>You really shouldn&#039;t need a silpat for the pizza. I came up with the recipe in 2008, and I&#039;m honestly able to hold the pizza slices in my hand without it having issues. The recipe was likely changed from my original if it&#039;s soupy and messy.  I have seen people change my recipe to incorporate egg whites and all bizarre things. If you remove the liquid from the cauliflower, that is the only added effort necessary to make an amazing, tasty crust that can be hand-held.

When I was at NAMS a year ago, I didn&#039;t work out for the full 4 days I was there (which is not like me - I usually do something 5 days a week - Aquafit is my favorite.  
Anyway, I had hoped to be in Atlanta with you all this month, but it didn&#039;t work out.
I will definitely work out with the 2 of you if I get to the next one.
