April Weight Loss and Fitness Goals
Tuesday, April 1st, 2008 I have set some personal goals for myself for the month of April:
*Walk 80-100 miles (that includes dvd’s at home, elliptical, treadmill, etc.)
*180-200 minutes working out each week, approx. 720 for April
*I want to stay consistent doing weights, 3x a week AND do at least 50 stability ball crunches a day.
