51 min. Walk Away the Pounds Walk Slim 4 mile
50 stability ball crunches
35 min. Elliptical

Friday-
58 min. Walk Away the Pounds Express Super Challenge 4 mile
50 stability ball crunches

Saturday-
35 min. Elliptical
20 min. weights
35 min. Treadmill
35 min. Elliptical
50 stability ball crunches

Sunday-
51 min. Walk Away the Pounds Walk Slim 4 mile
50 stability ball crunches
5 min. weights @ home
120 min. walk outside at local State Park

I think it was a great workout week! A few days were exhausting but I feel pretty good. I did sneak a peek at the scale yesterday and so far have lost 2 lbs but I’ll wait to get final numbers tomorrow on my usual weekly weigh-in.

April Weight Loss and Fitness Goals

I have set some personal goals for myself for the month of April:

*Walk 80-100 miles (that includes dvd’s at home, elliptical, treadmill, etc.)
*180-200 minutes working out each week, approx. 720 for April
*I want to stay consistent doing weights, 3x a week AND do at least 50 stability ball crunches a day.
*I would like to lose 8-10 lbs

I have been keeping an online food journal at The Daily Plate but I have food and exercise journals at home that I write in daily so I’ll keep up with that.

I take Turbo Kick classes 3x a week and will be taking part in two online weight loss challenges. One challenge is through Leslie Sansone’s Walk Away the Pounds Walk Club and the other is with my friends over at the GR8BiggLosers yahoo group.
