10 min. Turbo Jam Ab Jam

Saturday-
Day Off

Sunday-
35 min. Elliptical
35 min. Treadmill

This was a crazy week.  Only 4 days of exercise yikes.  I’ll do better this week.

What does health mean to you?

This is the question that Beth from My Simpler Life posted on her blog and I wanted to answer.

Health to me started out as weight loss but over the past 3 years it has grown to mean much more.  I have a lot more energy than ever before since changing my lifestyle and it’s amazing.  Being healthy and taking care of yourself by exercising and eating well is very important and although I still have a long way to go, I am taking it day by day and always looking to make more healthy lifestyle changes.

Weekly Weigh In: May 14

Here I am to stay accountable to all of my readers.  This week was a great weight loss week.  I’m shocked that I lost FOUR pounds.  That is exciting to me.  I felt like I was at a plateau for a while there and hopefully this means I have blasted through that.
